Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

    Pack Your Items

    Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
